ÀÇÎѵ¼º½ Me
As a pediatric radiologist at NYU Langone, I am dedicated to providing compassionate and precise care for our youngest patients. My philosophy centers on the belief that every child deserves the highest quality of care, and I am committed to ensuring that each diagnostic study is conducted with the utmost accuracy and sensitivity.
I specialize in reviewing and analyzing diagnostic studies such as X-rays, computed tomography (CT) scans, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and ultrasounds performed on infants and children. With more than two decades of experience in the field, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice.
My credentials include serving as the program director of the radiology residency program for 12 years and currently holding the position of associate dean for graduate medical education at NYU Grossman School of Medicine. These roles have allowed me to shape the future of medical education while maintaining a strong focus on clinical excellence.
Throughout my career, I have been deeply involved in the administrative aspects of clinical radiology. I have served as the acting director of radiology for NYC Health + Hospitals/Gouverneur and currently serve as the director of radiology for Bellevue Hospital Center. In these roles, I oversee the implementation and integration of new imaging technologies, ensuring that our practices are at the forefront of medical advancements. My commitment to quality and safety in clinical radiology is unwavering, and I strive to foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient care.
My journey into medicine was inspired by a profound interest in medical education and the desire to make a meaningful impact on patient care. I pursued my medical degree with the goal of combining clinical practice with educational leadership. This dual focus has allowed me to contribute to both the immediate health needs of my patients and the long-term development of future medical professionals. At NYU Langone, I am proud to be part of a team that values coordinated care and is dedicated to advancing the field of pediatric radiology.
